When are Sunday services?
FBC Herrin has a morning worship service at 10:15 am, and a evening Youth Bible Study  at 6 pm. 


Do you have Wednesday night services?
Yes, we have Bible Study at 6 pm.

Approximately 180 people attend the service.

What is worship like at FBC Herrin?
FBC Herrin's worship style is mostly a balance of contemporary hymns and traditional hymns. Preaching and teaching the Bible are central in our service. FBC Herrin is dedicated to bring the gospel to all who cross our path.

What should I wear?
Wear what you feel is comfortable and appropriate for worship. Our congregation covers a broad spectrum of ages and backgrounds. Some prefer to dress up while others prefer to dress down, but we’re all here for the same reason — to focus our hearts and minds on our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Are there activities for my young children during the services?
We have an active children’s ministry.  See our Children’s Ministries information. We also have activity bags to help keep your little ones occupied in the sanctuary if they don't want to participate in our children's ministry activities.

What about my older children?
FBC Herrin's Student Ministries exist to provide teenagers and young adults with the opportunity to discover God’s purpose for their lives. Students from 6th to 12th grade will find Sunday School classes to deepen their knowledge of the Bible. See our Student Ministries.

What other things are available for adults on Sunday morning? 
Before the Sunday morning worship service at 10:15am we have Bible studies for different age groups! We have different classes to make you feel comfortable. There are classes for young couples, men only classes, women only classes, and our Pastor Mark teaches an adult class as well. We have something for everyone, we can help you find the class that is right for you.

What is the preaching like?
Its important to us that the preaching is right from the Bible. The preacher explains the passage, and applies it to our lives today.
